Genicam Stream

Meerkat engine supports video feed from devices that support Genicam standard as an output interface:

• GenAPI: 3.3.0
• GenTL: 1.6
• SFNC: 2.6
• Baurner CTI: GenTL v1.5

Raw Frame

If the device does not support GeniCam or Gstreamer, Meerkat engine will require raw frames from the device in the following pixel formats:

• GRAY8: grayscale 8 bpp
• GRAY16: grayscale 16 bpp
• RGB8: RGB 24 bpp
• BGR8: BGRA 24 bpp
• RGBX8: RGBX 32 bpp, alpha channel is ignored
• BGRX8: BGRX 32 bpp, alpha channel is ignored
